Q: Where is Zenez cooking wok made in?
A: Zenez is 100% made in Korea.
Q: Is there any warranty for Zenez cookware?
A: We do not provide any warranty for our Zenez cookware. However, should you face any issues with the cooking wok, we will do our best to provide a solution for you.
Q: What does it mean by non-stick ceramic coating? Does it mean I do not have to use oil while cooking?
A: The non-stick ceramic coating does not mean no oil is needed at all during cooking. You will still have to use a small amount of oil while cooking but still achieve amazing results. The non-stick property helps release food quickly and easily. The non-stick ceramic coating is free of PFOA and PTFE, which it makes Zenez cooking wok safe for cooking, and environmentally friendly. It is different from Teflon cookware which does not require oil at all.
Q: Where can I buy Zenez cooking wok?
Q: Do I have to season Zenez cooking wok before using?
A: No, you can use it immediately after purchase!
Q: Can I use stainless steel utensils while cooking with Zenez cooking wok?
A: Yes, you absolutely can! Our Zenez cookware is made to withstand scratches from using stainless steel utensils unlike your conventional non-stick cookware. You do not have to worry about scratching off the ceramic coating.
Q: Are there any important things to take note of when washing Zenez cooking wok?
A: Zenez cooking wok is also dishwasher safe!
Q: Food is always sticking to the bottom of my Zenez cooking wok, what should I do?
A: First, if there are any burnt food on the bottom of the cooking wok, make sure you scrub it well. We always advise our customers to use the 3M green sponge to scrub out any burnt food sticking to the bottom of the wok. It should be as good as new after getting rid of the burnt food.
Q: I have followed whatever you advised in the earlier question regarding the sticking of food on the bottom of the Zenez cooking wok. However, I am still experiencing these issues.
A: If you are still experiencing the sticking issues, please drop us a message via our contact form, and bring the cooking wok down to our office, North Spring Bizhub, 7 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #02-54, Singapore 768162. We will have someone to assist you. It will take about 2-3 days for us to get back to you on the issue and we will contact you again once its ready for collection.
Q: I heard that there is a trade-in campaign going on for all Zenez cookware. How does this campaign work?
A: We have an on-going Trade for Great campaign on our Zenez cookware that started in September 2019. It entitles customers who have bought any piece of Zenez cookware a 50% OFF voucher after registration. This voucher must be used immediately when you trade in your old Zenez cooking wok. Transactions are to be made via cash on the spot. For more information, you can read the terms and conditions for the campaign.
Q: I bought the Zenez cooking wok way before the launch of the Trade for Great campaign. Am I still able to join and be entitled to the 50% OFF voucher?
A: Yes! All customers who have purchased any piece of Zenez cookware before September 2019 are also eligible for this campaign. Please drop us a message via our contact form, and we will provide you with a registration number to register.
Q: Are there any demonstrations for the Zenez cooking wok?
A: Yes, there are demonstrations going on everyday at OG Albert, OG Orchard Point and OG People’s Park. Our promoters will be there from 11am to 8pm to answer any questions you have!
