ORDERING

WHAT PAYMENT MODES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT I'VE JUST MADE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made. If you need help with an order, feel free to contact us!

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we only provide local shipping in Singapore. 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fee is at a flat rate of $10. Free local shipping is only available for purchases $100 and above.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders will be delivered in 3 business days. Our deliveries are done by our in-house delivery man therefore there is no tracking available. However, we will update you via email or phone when your order has been packed, dispatched, and once it has been delivered. 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY?

All purchases made on vcare.com.sg are final, and not eligible for refund or exchange. We will provide exchange for defective items within 7 days when the item/items are received. In addition:

  • Items can be exchanged/returned only if unused
  • Items must have all original tags attached 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER?

If you received a product different from what you had order, we are terribly sorry! Please contact us immediately and we will have the right order delivered to you!
