Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vcare website, mobile application, and related services ("the Service"), operated by Vcare ("we", "us", "the Company"). Vcare is a health-checkup booking and prepayment platform; actual checkup services are delivered by our licensed partner clinics ("Partner Clinics"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service (Important)
The Service is a booking and prepayment platform for health checkups. We are not a medical provider and do not give medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice, nor do we intervene in the clinical judgment between you and a Partner Clinic.
2. Accounts
You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to register on your own, or use the Service under the guardianship arrangement below.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and login tokens, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Family accounts & minors: the Service supports parent / child accounts and guardian companionship. If you create an account for a minor or provide a minor's data, you confirm you have the lawful consent / guardianship to do so and are responsible for that minor's use of the Service. A child's data is visible to the parent / guardian only within the scope the child authorises (see Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- provide a false identity or impersonate another person for booking or verification;
- resell, lend, or otherwise misuse accounts, vouchers, or booking benefits in a manner not intended by the Service;
- circumvent, interfere with, or disrupt the Service's security, payment flow, or voucher issuance / redemption logic;
- use automation to mass-access, scrape, or overload the system;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorised content (including ID or report images);
- otherwise breach Singapore law or these Terms.
4. Bookings, Prepaid Vouchers & Service Flow
Charging scenarios, voucher (health-checkup / one-time voucher) issuance and redemption, and booking / cancellation rules are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Creating an appointment does not charge you through the platform; it only changes a voucher's state. Cancellation and monetary refund are two different things.
- Out-of-pocket items not covered by a voucher are charged directly by the Partner Clinic, not via our platform.
- Prepaid vouchers have expiry dates; expired vouchers are void and non-refundable.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number (see Privacy Policy). All refund conditions, processes, non-refundable cases, and disputes are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, interface, trademarks, text, and images (other than content you upload) belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used commercially without consent. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use content you upload solely as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party providers for payments, cloud hosting / email, and push notifications. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.
8. Changes, Suspension & Termination
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for operational, security, or legal reasons.
- We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, reserving legal remedies for unlawful conduct.
- You may request account deletion at any time within the app / website (see Privacy Policy). Financial and medical records are retained as legally required after termination.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.
The medical services, result interpretation, and clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the Partner Clinic; we are not responsible for medical-professional matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore mandatory law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email and take effect on the stated effective date. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. Singapore consumers may seek assistance under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

服務條款
本服務條款(下稱「本條款」)規範您使用 Vcare(下稱「本平台」、「本公司」、「我們」)網站、行動應用程式及相關服務(下稱「本服務」)。Vcare 為健康檢查預約與預付服務平台,實際健檢服務由合作之合法醫療機構(下稱「合作診所」)提供。當您註冊帳號或使用本服務,即表示您同意受本條款、隱私權政策及退款政策之拘束。若您不同意,請勿使用本服務。
一、服務的性質(重要)
本服務為健康檢查之預約媒合與預付平台。本公司本身並非醫療機構,不提供任何醫療診斷、治療或醫療建議,亦不介入您與合作診所間之醫療專業判斷。
二、帳號
您須提供真實、正確、完整之註冊資料並維持其更新。您須年滿 18 歲始可自行註冊,或在下述監護安排下使用本服務。
您應妥善保管帳號密碼與登入權杖,並對該帳號下之一切活動負責。如發現未經授權之使用,應立即通知我們。
家庭帳號與未成年人:本服務支援家庭(母 / 子帳號)與監護人陪同機制。為未成年人建立帳號或代為提供其個人資料者,應確認已取得合法之同意 / 監護權限,並就該未成年人之使用負責。子帳號資料之查看範圍依其授權開關控制(詳見隱私權政策)。
三、使用行為
您同意不從事下列行為:
- 提供不實身分或冒用他人身分預約 / 核驗;
- 將帳號、預付券或預約權益轉售、出借或以非本服務預期之方式使用;
- 規避、干擾或破壞本服務之安全機制、付款流程或券核發 / 兌換邏輯;
- 以自動化程式大量存取、爬取或對系統造成過載;
- 上傳不法、侵權、惡意或未經授權之內容(含證件、報告影像);
- 任何違反新加坡法令或本條款之行為。
四、預約、預付券與服務流程
本服務之收款場景、預付券(健檢券 / 一次性券)發放與兌換、預約建立與取消規則,統一以退款政策所載為準。
- 建立預約本身不向本平台扣款,僅切換券狀態。預約取消與金流退款為兩件不同之事。
- 預約現場若有健檢券未涵蓋之自費項目,由合作診所直接向您收取,不經本平台。
- 預付券有有效期限,逾期失效且不予退款。
五、付款與退款
付款透過第三方金流服務商處理,本公司不儲存您的完整信用卡號(詳見隱私權政策)。退款條件、流程、不可退款情形與爭議處理,一律適用退款政策,該政策為本條款不可分割之一部分。
六、智慧財產權
本服務之軟體、介面、商標、文字與圖像等,除您上傳之內容外,均為本公司或授權人所有,未經同意不得重製、改作或為商業利用。您就自行上傳之內容,授予本公司於提供本服務之必要範圍內使用之非專屬授權。
七、第三方服務
本服務整合金流、雲端託管 / 寄信、推播等第三方服務。該等服務另有其自身條款,您使用相關功能時亦受其拘束。
八、服務變更、暫停與終止
- 我們可能因維運、安全或法令需要,隨時修改、暫停或終止全部或部分服務。
- 若您違反本條款,我們得不經事先通知暫停或終止您的帳號;涉及不法者並保留法律追訴權利。
- 您可隨時於 APP / 網站內申請刪除帳號(詳見隱私權政策)。帳號終止後,基於法令之財務 / 醫療紀錄仍依規定保留。
九、免責與責任限制
本服務依「現狀」與「現有可用」提供。在法律允許之最大範圍內,我們不對本服務之不中斷、無錯誤或完全符合您特定需求作擔保。
合作診所提供之醫療服務本身、健檢結果之判讀或醫療後果,由該合作診所依法負責;本公司不就醫療專業事項負責。
在法律允許之最大範圍內,本公司就因使用或無法使用本服務所生之間接、附隨或衍生損害不負賠償責任;本公司之總賠償責任,以您就引起爭議之該筆交易實際支付予本公司之金額為上限。本條款不排除或限制依新加坡強行法(含《消費者保護(公平交易)法》CPFTA)不得排除之消費者權利。
十、賠償
因您違反本條款或不法使用本服務,致本公司或第三人受有損害者,您應負賠償責任,並使本公司免於因此所生之請求、損失與費用(含合理律師費)。
十一、條款變更
我們可能因服務或法令調整修訂本條款。重大變更將於本服務內公告或以 email 通知,並自公告所載生效日起適用。修訂後您繼續使用本服務,視為同意修訂後之條款。
十二、準據法與爭議解決
本條款之解釋與適用,以新加坡法為準據法,並以新加坡法院為管轄法院。新加坡消費者得依《消費者保護(公平交易)法》(CPFTA)尋求協助。
