SGD $1,000 School Health Check-up (single health check service) One prepaid screening at a partner clinic, without an annual plan. Redeemable once every 6 months. SGD $1,000 Guardian Service (annual) Lets a nominated guardian view the appointments and results you authorise. No screening included. SGD $300
