Pricing
VCare is a health screening booking and prepayment platform. You buy a plan from VCare and pay for it up front; the screening itself is then carried out by one of our licensed partner clinics at no further charge to you. The tables below list everything we charge for.
1. Membership Plans
Each plan runs for 12 months from activation and includes prepaid screening entitlements that you redeem when you book an appointment at a partner clinic.

2. Single Health Check Service (No Plan Required)
A one-off prepaid screening you can book as needed, with no annual plan required. Listed in the member portal under Single Health Check Service.

Typical transaction value: SGD $300 – $1,000, with most purchases at $1,000.
3. What You Pay and When
- Payment is taken once, at the time of purchase, in Singapore Dollars, by credit or debit card (3-D Secure) or by PayNow.
- The full amount, itemised, is shown before you authorise payment. You can preview the checkout flow here: Checkout page.
- Booking an appointment does not charge you again — it draws on a screening you have already paid for.
- There are no subscription auto-renewals, no hidden surcharges, and no separate booking fee.
- Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
Eligible refunds are issued in full, with no processing fee deducted, back to the original payment method (conditions apply — see the Refund Policy). Refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy.

一、會員方案
各方案自啟用起效期 12 個月，並包含預付的健檢額度，於您在合作診所預約時折抵。

三、付款方式與時機
- 於購買當下一次付清，以新加坡幣計價，可使用信用卡／金融卡（3-D Secure）或 PayNow。
- 授權付款前，畫面會逐項顯示完整金額。您可於此預覽結帳流程：結帳頁。
- 建立預約不會再次扣款——預約會使用您已付費的健檢額度。
- 不會自動續訂、無隱藏費用、不另收預約手續費。
- 價格可能調整；以您結帳當下顯示的價格為準。
四、退款與取消
符合資格的退款將全額退回原付款方式、不扣手續費（適用條件見退款政策）。完整的退款與取消條款請見退款政策。
